Frequently Asked Questions – City Play Littles
Q: Is there a charge for parents or adults?
A: We allow one adult free with each paid child admission. Additional adults pay $5 plus tax.
Q: Are walk-up play sessions available?
A: We strongly encourage you to reserve playtime sessions, but if we are not at capacity (15 children), we will accept walk-ins.
Q: Can I drop off my children to play?
A: All children must be supervised by an adult or person 18 years of age or older. Parents and caregivers must stay on the premises. You are responsible for your child/children at all times.
Q: Are adults allowed to play?
A: Adults may access the play area as needed to assist their children.
Q: Are children older than 6 allowed to play?
A: Children older than 6 are not allowed inside the play area during our regular scheduled open playtimes. If the playtime is a private facility rental for a birthday party, older siblings/friends can access the play area - but we ask that older children refrain from using the riding toys, some play structures, etc. as many of the toys are built for smaller children and could break.
Q: How long can my child play?
A: Play sessions are scheduled in 90-minute time slots. You are strongly encouraged to reserve your playtime. (Reserve here!)
Q: Are socks required?
A: Yes, we require everyone including adults to wear socks in our play area for health and safety reasons. Grip socks are encouraged. We offer them for sale in case you forget to bring them.
Q: Can I enter the play area without signing a waiver?
A: You must sign a waiver before entering our play area. Once you sign the waiver it is good for one year.
Q: How often do you sanitize your play area and equipment?
A: Between every play session.
Q: Is Free wifi available?
A: Yes
Q: Do I need a reservation or can I walk in?
A: Reservations for weekday playtimes are strongly encouraged. (Reserve your playtime here!) Saturdays and Sundays are primarily reserved for parties – however, if no parties are booked, open play will be made available.
Q: Are food and drinks allowed?
A: Snacks and drinks are available for purchase on-site, but must be consumed outside of the play area. (This excludes the complimentary coffee for adults.)
Q: Can I bring in bags?
A: Yes! You may bring in any personal or diaper bags you need. We do have a small cubby area to store your bags and belongings during your play session.
Q: Can I bring in strollers?
A: In order to keep the play space sanitary, we do not allow strollers inside the fenced in play area. We do, however, have space for you to park them in our lobby.
Q: How many children can play in the facility at one time?
A: We close reservations at 15 children for any specific playtime.
