City Play Rules for your child’s safety

We prioritize the safety of each and every child. We ask families to follow these guidelines to ensure that every guest has a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

1. All children must be accompanied by and supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times.

2. Climbing on or standing on nets, fences, tables, chairs, or the exterior of the play structure is prohibited.

3. No throwing arcade game balls or play area pieces at others or around the room.

4. Socks are mandatory for all inside the play areas. (Grip socks encouraged – available for purchase)

5. Running and horse play is prohibited.

6. Food and drinks are not allowed in any of the play areas.

7. City Play is a family friendly environment. No profanity, smoking, or vaping is allowed on the property.
