Frequently Asked Questions – City Play

Q: Is there a charge for parents or adults?

A: We allow one adult free with each paid child admission. Additional adults pay $5.95 plus tax.

Q: Can I drop off my children to play?

A: All children must be supervised by an adult or person 18 years of age or older. Parents and caregivers must stay on the premises. You are responsible for your child/children at all times.

Q: Are adults allowed to play?

A: Adults are allowed on the play structures if they need to attend to, or assist their children. Because this facility is designed for ages 12 and under, older siblings are not allowed to play on any of the structures or games.

Q: How long can my child play?

A: Unlimited play is allowed per visit but once you leave the property, you will not be able to return later that day.

Q: Are socks required?

A: Yes, we require everyone that will be entering the play structures, including adults, to wear socks for health and safety reasons. Grip socks are encouraged. We offer them for sale in case you forget to bring them.

Q: Can I enter the play area without signing a waiver?

A: You must sign a waiver before entering our play area. Once you sign the waiver it is good for one year. (Sign the waiver here!)

Q: How often do you sanitize your play area and equipment?

A: Daily

Q: Is Free wifi available?

A: Yes

Q: Do I need a reservation or can I walk in?

A: You may walk-in on any day we are open unless the entire facility is reserved for an event.

Q: Can I bring in outside food?

A: Outside food is not allowed inside the facility, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

Q: Do you have an area outdoors that my family / group can eat and then come back inside?

A: You may exit the facility to eat food that may be in your vehicle that you have brought. There is a patio and tables available for you to utilize. However, once you leave the property, you may not come back inside to play.
